Frequently Asked Questions
1. The Basics
-
Our assistants are based in the Philippines, where we’ve built trusted relationships with talented professionals.
-
Administrative support, scheduling, inbox management, client communication, data entry, CRM management, property listings, vendor coordination, and more — customized to your business.
-
You contract directly with your assistant. We handle the vetting, matching, and guiding the onboarding process so you find the right fit without the overwhelm.
-
We advise best practices on passwords, access, and tools like LastPass or Google Workspace. We also recommend trial periods and clear contracts to ensure trust is built early.
2. The Process
-
Discovery call → matching & vetting → candidate interviews → onboarding toolkit & kickoff support.
-
Typically 2–3 weeks, depending on the role requirements. Expedited placements can be discussed.
-
Yes. After you sign the placement agreement, we handle the screening process and present you with the top 2–3 candidates. You’ll have the opportunity to interview each one before making your final decision. If none feel like the right fit, we’ll provide 1–2 additional options to ensure you find the right match. Please note that we do require a hiring commitment before beginning the search.
3. Cost & Commitment
-
We charge a flat placement fee. You pay your assistant directly, no inflated hourly rates or hidden markups.
-
Most of our placements are between $6–10/hour depending on skills and experience, with flexibility for specialized roles.
-
We offer a replacement guarantee. If things don’t work out in the first 30 days, we’ll rematch you at no additional cost.
4. The Relationship
-
We provide onboarding guides, communication tips, and tools we use ourselves to make cross-cultural working relationships smooth and successful.
-
Since assistants are contractors, not employees, they don’t receive traditional benefits. Many of our clients show appreciation through bonuses, flexible schedules, or paid holidays — we’ll guide you with ideas.
-
Most clients prefer assistants who overlap with U.S. business hours. We’ll discuss your needs and only present candidates who fit.
